Please Read the following - sports, school or any activity type of photography: If you are are ordering a memory mate package please place your order from the individual photo and not the group photo. When your order is placed from the individual photo, we will know what group photo to pick. Only order from the group photo if that is only what you want to order.

What is a Memory Mate? A memory mate is a product that includes a photo of the individual along with a photo of the group all designed as one piece.

What is an individual composit? This is a product that includes 2 or more poses of an individual. Generally we offer these for our dance programs. When you pick an individual composit you will be able to add the different poses upon placing the "add to order button".

How to Order Multiple Pose Packages? In the discription of the package it will show how many poses you are entitled to. When placing your actual order you will have the opportunity to add your selected poses. In some case there may be places to add more poses than the actual product discription. For example if you order a 2 pose package - there may be six opening to fill, fill all of those openings with your two favorite poses and not 6 seperate poses. If you go over the 2 poses criteria in the example, we will use your first two choices.

A Note About Packages with Borders: Certain packages may included photos with borders that include memory mate borders, matted borders in school colors, trader cards and other items. Our on-line storefront may not have your exact color combination or exact graphic. Once you place your order the studio will change your graphic and/or color combination that is required for your event or school.

What photo do we place our team photo from? Always place a group photo only from the group photo that you want. Please do not place a group photo from an individual photo.

How long before we receive our package that was ordered? You will receive your package within two to three weeks.

What if there is a problem or error with our package? Please give us a call if something is not right, sometimes there may be a miss spelled name on a memory mate or a trader card. We save all of our designs, they are very easy to open back up, make the neccessary changes and ship the corrected item right back.

How is the quality of your packages? We print all of our packages inhouse and deliver the finest quality package in the industry. In addition we are one of the only studios that coats all of our packages with a satin finish liquid lamination.

What if there is something we would like to order but it is not available on the web? Please give our studio a call, it is next to impossible to offer everything through our internet storefront.

Can you be hired to photograph an event? We photograph little leagues, undergraduate school photography, graduation ceremonies, dance and daycare portraits as an example of some of our event photography. We also offer creative portraits for High School Seniors, Family, Child and Pet Photography.
